MD, BCPA
Treasurer
I became a BCPA in 2019 and am finding professional patient advocacy to be meaningful and rewarding on so many levels.
I graduated from the U of A College of Medicine, Tucson and spent many years as an OB-GYN physician in the Air Force. After the military, I continued in private practice in Tucson and completed a Fellowship in Integrative Medicine. I was then conscripted into being a “professional patient” which led to an underlying genetic diagnosis and intensive continuing medical education in this field.
I am excited to continue my journey as a BCPA with clients, other advocates, collaborating entities and the Arizona Association of Patient Advocacy (AAPA).
